What's coming
A loan signing agent guides borrowers through the stack of documents at a real-estate closing — making sure each page is signed, dated, and notarized correctly. Title and escrow companies pay the signing agent directly, so this service is billed to them, not to you.
We are completing the certified Notary Signing Agent training and background screening that title companies require, and we'll announce loan signing here as soon as it's ready.
