Mobile & General Notary Service

Everyday notary work, done at your kitchen table or office instead of yet another errand.

Everyday documents we notarize

If your document needs a notary's signature and seal, there's a good chance we can help. A few of the most common:

  • Acknowledgments — confirming a signature on deeds and agreements
  • Jurats & sworn statements — swearing a statement is true
  • Copy certifications of eligible documents
  • DMV & vehicle-title transfers
  • Parental & minor travel-consent letters
  • Structured-settlement, annuity & disability paperwork

Don't see your document? Call (209) 555-0147 — if it's a notarization we can perform in person, we'll come to you.

We come to you

A notarization is usually a five-minute task wrapped inside an hour of driving and waiting. A mobile notary removes the driving and the waiting: we meet you at your home, your workplace, a coffee shop, or a care facility — wherever is easiest — and the travel fee is agreed before we set out.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Call or request online

Tell us what you need notarized and where you are. Not sure what you need? We will help you figure it out.

  2. Step 02

We confirm a time and come to you

We agree on a time and a flat travel fee, then drive to your home, hospital, or care facility.

  3. Step 03

You sign — and you are done

We check photo ID, watch each person sign, and complete the notarial act. Most signings take only a few minutes.

Common questions

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please have ready: a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each person signing; the document you need notarized, still unsigned (the law requires us to watch you sign it); any witnesses your document calls for; and payment. Not sure about something? Just ask when we schedule.
Can you notarize my documents online or over video?
No. California does not yet allow its notaries to perform online or remote (video) notarizations. Every notarization we do is in person — we simply travel to wherever you are.
Can you tell me which document or notarization I need?
No — a notary public cannot give legal advice or decide what kind of notarization you need. Please bring the document your attorney, title company, or institution has prepared, and we will carefully complete the notarial act.
Do you offer same-day or after-hours appointments?
Call and ask — we do our best to accommodate urgent and after-hours requests, especially for time-sensitive estate, hospital, and family matters. The sooner you call, the more options we can offer.
What everyday documents do you notarize?
Acknowledgments, jurats and sworn statements, copy certifications, DMV and vehicle-title transfers, parental and travel-consent letters, and structured-settlement or disability paperwork, among others.
What happens during the appointment?
We meet you at your chosen location, check each signer's photo ID, watch each person sign, and complete the notarial certificate and our journal entry. Most single-document signings take only a few minutes.
